WHERE IS CASTÉLLA CLOTHING MADE?CASTÉLLA clothing is made in Colombia. Ethically made capsule collections designed by Maria Castellanos. We are proud to have such an amazing team! We work with small fashion and textile businesses to sole Latinx entrepreneurs. Aiming to reduce a negative impact on people, animals and the planet. Castèlla is an ethical fashion brand ensuring a discrimination-free, empowering and safe environment. Offering fair pay to the people who part take in the makings.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order, editing the order or changing the shipping address the order is being sent to.

IS YOUR SITE ONLY IN USD?Yes, our site is in USD, along with the total cost of your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?Anywhere our trusted carriers - FedEx, UPS and DHL - ship. We currently do not accept international returns or refunds. You must contact us about any defective item within 14 days of delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. To help make your order perfect, we may request photos of the item in question. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damage or defective item reported more than 14 days after delivery date or if deemed not faulty by the Castèlla team.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Inside ever USA order is a return label. A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. Please read our Shipping & Returns policy here.
